A useful issue report
- Environment: your OS version, CPU architecture and DisplayDNA version.
- Mode: does it happen with Live, Demo, or an imported session?
- Steps: what you did, what you expected, and what appeared.
- Evidence: collector errors and a minimal, redacted export if needed.
Review before sharing.
Read troubleshooting first EDID and session exports may contain monitor serials and historical layout. Redact identifying fields and share only what you intend to send. Never include credentials or private keys.
